My wife and I are proud parents of three boys, a cat, a dog, and a hamster. When not coaching youth sports, we love to go out to eat, find a great show to watch, and more than anything else — travel. We try to take at least one trip a year as a couple to somewhere new. The past few years we have been to Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, British Virgin Islands, and Mexico. As a family we take a trip to the beach and mountains annually. A summer is not complete without at least one trip to the beach. However, our favorite family destination is Disney World. When we aren’t packing for our upcoming trip we are usually planning for our next one.

Ever since watching Clark Griswold trek across America with his family in National Lampoon’s Vacation, I’ve been obsessed with planning vacations. From the old days of ordering maps and brochures via mail, to researching online today, travel planning has always been a hobby of mine. After planning several trips to Disney World since having kids, I have started helping others with their trips through the years from navigating Genie Plus to scoring that hard to get dining reservation. As Clark Griswold says, “It’s not a vacation, it’s a quest… a quest for fun”. I enjoy helping others make the most from their trips as much as I do my own family vacations. I hate hearing someone say they had a bad experience somewhere, only to find out they didn’t plan it at all before they arrived. Planning travel isn’t for everyone so why not leave it to those who enjoy doing it the most.

Turks and Caicos had been my number one destination for as long as I can remember and we were able to go there last year. It is now our favorite Caribbean island. While I would love to spend a week in Bora Bora, I would say my next bucket list destination is Switzerland and the surrounding area. I am always actively planning a trip there, even though I know it might be a few years away from actually getting to go. Next year we are planning a trip to Yellowstone which I am very excited about!

My favorite Disney World ride is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is an amazing ride at Epcot but there still something about Pirates of the Caribbean in Magic Kingdom that makes me feel like a kid again.
