Prior travel industry experience is helpful, but not always required. We look for people who are organized, professional, client-focused, willing to learn, and serious about building a travel business.

As an independent travel advisor, you are responsible for building your own client base. We provide guidance, marketing direction, supplier resources, and agency tools, but success comes from your consistency, follow-up, relationships, and willingness to put yourself out there.

Travel advisors earn commission on eligible bookings. Income varies based on the clients you develop, the types of trips you sell, your consistency, and the time you invest in growing your business. This is not a guaranteed-income role.

Advisors have access to onboarding, agency resources, supplier tools, workflows, and practical guidance as they learn and grow. Support is available, but it works best alongside initiative, follow-through, and a willingness to use the resources provided.

Many advisors begin part-time while they build their client base. Because this is a client-service business, you still need to be responsive, organized, and consistent with communication and follow-through.
