FAQ

Still have questions?

Not always. Disney theme parks are built for the young and the young at heart, while Disney Cruise Line offers spaces and activities for every age group, from nursery care and kids’ clubs to teen spaces and adult-exclusive areas. Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions include age guidelines for each itinerary, with some departures designated specifically for adult travelers.

Disneyland Resort in California is where it all started, with a more compact theme park experience and two parks in Southern California. Walt Disney World Resort in Florida gave Disney something he did not have in California: space. Today, Walt Disney World includes four theme parks, two water parks, many resorts, and a more expansive vacation style. Different coasts, different vibes, same Disney magic — and we help you choose the right fit for your next Disney vacation.

Yes. We plan Disney Destinations beyond the theme parks, including cruises, Hawaiian resort stays, guided group tours, and expedition-style travel. Each experience has different booking details, timing, and planning considerations, and we help you understand what fits your trip.

Sometimes, yes. A Disney vacation can often be paired with a broader itinerary, such as Disneyland with Southern California, Walt Disney World with Disney Cruise Line, Aulani with a larger Hawaii vacation, or Adventures by Disney with extra time before or after the guided itinerary. We help determine whether the combination makes sense for your time, budget, logistics, and travel style.

As early as possible. Walt Disney World and Disneyland benefit from early planning for resort availability, dining, special events, and peak travel dates. Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expeditions should be booked especially early because departure dates can fill and pricing may rise as availability changes.

Some Disney vacations may include a planning fee when extra support is needed beyond booking the trip. For Walt Disney World, that may include things like dining strategy, park planning, and itinerary guidance. For Disney Cruise Line, it may include extra support with onboard planning, port adventures, or pre- and post-cruise details. If a fee applies, we will explain it before planning begins.

Generally, no. These trips focus on guided travel, storytelling, culture, nature, history, and destination experiences rather than character meet-and-greets. Some itineraries may include Disney park experiences, but for most Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions trips, Mickey is not leading the tour and Goofy is not driving the bus.
